Ingredients:
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut meat, or 1 banana
1 tbsp. hemp protein
1 tsp. maca
1 cup almond, coconut or hemp milk
Method: Blend until smooth and enjoy.
