Try this juice upon rising after a glass of warm lemon water, and then you can continue on with your usual routine.
Ingredients:
- 2 small beets
- 1 fennel bulb
- 2 carrots
- 1 lime
Instructions: Wash your organic produce and run through your juice. This recipe doesn’t blend well, so make sure you’re using a juicer, not a blender. Consume right away, or store for up to 24 hours. If you want to store this juice for longer, freeze it.
