Superfood Tonic Matcha Latte

The ancient Japanese art of Matcha brought to you in latte terms. Warm, frothy goodness all blended up with the benefits you would expect from a superfood concoction. Best enjoyed as an alternative to coffee, wake up to Matcha.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 scoop of Ancient Wisdom superfood
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of water

Instructions: Boil water and let cool 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high until coconut oil is emulsified and hemp seeds are dissolved. Serve warm.
