Literally packed with everything green I could find, I added Vega One to this smoothie, which means it’s rolling with at least EIGHT servings of greens! That’s right, EIGHT servings (I just had to write that one more time).
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 handful kale
- ½ avocado
- 2 inch piece of cucumber
- ¼ cup diced celery
- Juice from half a lemon
- ½ tsp fresh ginger
- 1 serving Vega One Natural
- ¾ cup water
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy!
