Breakfast to go, post-gym protein shake or mid-day snack, you choose! Enjoy this thick and creamy shake infused with matcha for a sustainable and nourishing boost of energy. This recipe includes mood boosting bananas, matcha for energy and focus, gluten-free oats and hemp for carbs and protein and some almond milk for a dose of healthy fats and calcium. If you can’t find gluten-free oats anywhere, try this smoothie without them, it will still be delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 fresh or frozen banana
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 3 tbsp gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp hemp protein
- 1 cup almond milk
Instructions: Blend your ingredients together until smooth and enjoy. You can add ice if you like your smoothies cold.
