We really enjoyed this salad because it was super simple, and very delicious. It’s a great recipe to have on hand when you’re juicing and want something very simple and cleansing, or if you’re busy and on the go with just a few minutes to whip something up. I made this one in under 5 minutes!
Equipment: None
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 Head Lettuce
2 Ripe Avocados
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sunflower sprouts
Dressing:
1-2 fresh juicy limes
1 teaspoon of organic virgin coconut oil
Instructions: Mix ingredients into 2 bowls, place 1 sliced avocado on each bed of lettuce. Add 1 teaspoon of coco oil + the juice of one lime on each salad, serve and enjoy!
