In search of a new after school snack or mid-workday pick-me-up? This PB&J Dip is rich in both protein and greens and delicious as a dip for apples and bananas.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain non-dairy yogurt
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 serving Vega Protein & Greens Natural
- ½ cup blended berries (e.g. blackberries, strawberries or raspberries)
- Fruit for dipping
Instructions:
- Mix yogurt, peanut butter and protein and greens until well combined.
- Fold in jam. Don’t overmix, you want a swirl of the berry ‘jam’ in the peanut butter mix.
- Serve cold with fruit.
